Career Counseling and Coaching

“Stephanie has supported me in my career and personal growth for more than 10 years. She knows when to put on her executive coaching hat and when to leverage her background in therapy to help me make important decisions with confidence. When we started working together, she quickly picked up on my working style and adapted her approach accordingly.

She also continues to challenge me and switch things up. Highly recommend Stephanie for executives and women leaders in any industry.”

Is this you?

You’re driven, and capable in your career but…something doesn’t feel right. You might be feeling like you’re running out of gas in your current role. You might have some personal stuff happening that’s knocking you off your well-worn groove of professional productivity. You may feel listless – like you’re really good at what you do, but is it actuallywhat you want to do? You’ve thought about looking at other jobs and careers, but you don’t want to give up the good thing you’ve got. Maybe you’re just feeling like everything really isn’t working anymore.

It's ok. You’re not alone. I’ve worked with hundreds of people over the years, and while all the career problems they’ve come to me with have been unique, the common theme is something is telling them it’s time for some kind of change.

My clients will tell you that I feel like a coach, but they know it’s my counseling background that makes things effective along the way. At the end of the day, my clients own their own success. They wouldn’t want it any other way. The key is, they could use some support. They can’t necessarily go to their colleagues or their teams for help leaving a job or a career.

That’s where I can help -- my goal is to be as effective as possible in helping you address your problem. I’m positive, realistic, and experienced – I’ve worked with hundreds of professionals from early-career newbies to retirees, and my sweet spot is working with anyone who could benefit from a combination of coaching, therapy, and HR support.
