My experience spans both higher education and corporate settings, giving me the unique ability to understand the needs of both employees and employers.

I was also recently featured on the AI Curious Podcast, where we discussed How AI is Changing the Career Landscape—a topic that’s increasingly relevant as technology continues to shape the future of work.

Before my work in Higher Education, I worked in corporate HR, supporting teams across different organizational functions. Additionally, I worked with billionaires at a non-profit foundation dedicated to education and art in Latin America, when I lived in New York City.

I grew up in Golden, Colorado, and Denver is my home. I’m fluent in Spanish and having lived in Spain and Portugal briefly in my 20s, and I bring a global perspective to my work. Outside of my professional life, you’ll find me at F45, where I enjoy the community and the fitness challenge, or cheering on the Denver Nuggets. I’m also an avid reader of romantic comedies and enjoy listening to Armchair Anonymous podcasts.

Whether you’re at the beginning of your career, navigating a mid-career transition, or planning for retirement, I’m here to help you take control of your professional future. Let’s connect and create your personalized path forward.
