About Stephanie:
The Vital Information:
I’m a Career Counselor and a trained therapist as well (Masters in Counseling Psychology). My specialization is in Career Counseling and helping people figure out what they want to do with their lives at all the changing life stages.
I’ve run Career Centers at Business Schools in Denver and San Diego working with Executive MBAs, first generation undergrads, MDs, PhDs and long time military veterans, and companies wanting to hire those students.
Over the years I’ve partnered with companies including Meta, Nike, Amazon, IBM, JP Morgan, VISA, Goldman Sachs, AT&T, Apple, ResMed, Illumina, and Becton Dickinson (BD). Their employment planning perspectives have been really insightful in helping clients decide what career move to make next.
Prior to working in Higher Education, I worked in corporate in Human Resources working with groups across the organizations in a number of functions. When I lived in New York City, I worked for billionaires at their non-profit foundation dedicated to education and art in Latin America.
I grew up in Golden, Colorado and Denver is home. I speak Spanish pretty well and conversely Portuguese less well but I did love living in Spain and Portugal briefly in my 20s. I do F45 for fitness and I love the community there. You can also find me cheering on the Denver Nuggets, reading romantic comedies, and listening to all the Armchair Anonymous podcasts.
